Refund Policy

Single Area Reports
Since neighborhood reports are digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds after the report has been accessed. However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
When We Will Issue a Refund
- Technical failure: If the report fails to load or the scores are not displayed due to a technical issue on our end.
- Duplicate purchase: If you were charged twice for the same area report.
- Data quality issue: If the report contains clearly incorrect data (e.g., wrong city, missing categories) that we cannot fix within 48 hours.
When Refunds Are Not Available
- You have already viewed or downloaded the full report.
- You disagree with the scores or insights (these reflect our data analysis methodology, which is explained on our Methodology page).
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
Subscription Plans
If you are on a subscription plan:
- You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds for the current billing period are available if requested within 48 hours of being charged.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period beyond the 48-hour window.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@localeiq.io with:
- Your registered email address
- The area name and purchase date
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
